The Rotary Hedge Cutter RC series
Our Rotary Hedge Cutter RC series is a popular choice due to its ability to cut and shred material in a single workflow. The cut-off material is shredded into tiny pieces and can be left on the ground for decay.
The Rotary Hedge Cutter RC series is available in working widths of 1.0, 1.3 and 1.6 m (3’3”, 4’3” and 5’3”). The largest model in the RC series can cut branches up to 4 cm (1.57”) in thickness while the smallest model can handle branches up to 2 cm (0.79”) in thickness. You can maintain a driving speed of 2.5 km/h (1.55 mph) while using the hedge trimming machine.
The smallest model is designed for skid steers, mini excavators and small tractors. The biggest model is mainly for medium-sized and large tractors, loaders and excavators.
The Cutterbar HS series
Our Cutterbar HS series is the most versatile hedge trimmer attachment in our range. It is lightning fast as you can maintain a speed of 5 km/h (3.11 mph).
The HS series also have the highest cutting capacity for a hedge trimmer. It can cut branches up to 6 cm (2.36”) in thickness and leave a nice and polished cutting result due to its specially shaped fingers. This makes the tool ideal for farm hedge cutting as well.
The hedge trimmer attachments are available in working widths of 1.7, 2.1 and 2.4 m (5’7”, 6’11” and 7’10”). The smallest model in the HS series is suitable for skid steers, front end loaders, compact tractors and mini excavators. The other models can be mounted on medium-sized and large tractors, loaders and excavators.
The Cutterbar HL series
Our Cutterbar HL series consists of light yet powerful hedge trimmers that cut branches up to 4 cm (1.57”) in thickness. It performs about 200-400 cuts per minute and is equipped with a high-performance gearbox.
The hedge cutters are available in working widths of 1.5, 1.8, 2.1 and 2.4 m (4’11”, 5’11”, 6’11” and 7’10”). It is recommended that you maintain a driving speed of maximum 2 km/h (1.24 mph).
The HL series are almost universal hedge cutters as they can be mounted on both small and large tractors, loaders and excavators due to their low weight.
Grass mowing equipment for tractors, loaders and excavators
GreenTec offers a selection of professional grass mowing equipment that can be mounted on tractors, loaders and excavators. It is an efficient solution for maintaining green areas, such as parks, verges, slopes, orchards and residential areas. The attachment tools are hydraulic driven and easy to control from the cabin of your vehicle.
Verge and ditch mowing
We recommend our Flail Mower FR series for maintaining the grass next to roads, bicycle paths, highways, etc. It is important to keep the sides of the driving lanes clear from high grass so you easily can see if something is coming on to the road, e.g., an animal.
You usually combine our Flail Mower FR series with a boom mower arm so you can extend your range and mow grass on embankments, steep hills and ditches. These boom mower arms are available for both smaller and larger vehicles, such as tractors and loaders. An alternative is to mount the hydraulic mowers directly on the arm of excavators.
Shrubs and brush cutting
The recommended solution for shrubs and brush cutting is our Rotary Crusher RX 133. It is specially developed for use in extreme conditions where the material can differentiate from soft to hard pieces.
The brush cutting head can be equipped with chains or blades. The chains are very durable and recommended for conditions with stones. The blades are used for mowing in normal conditions.
Another solution is our Flail Mower FR series which can handle shrubs and brushes with branches up to 4 cm (1.57”) in thickness. Both solutions can be mounted on medium-sized and large tractors and excavators.
Mowing under fences and guardrails or around trees
You can improve the feeding quality for your horses and cattle by mowing the grass under fences. It will keep weeds from spreading to the pastures and gives your animals an optimal diet.
If you are a municipal worker or contractor, you can improve the visibility for drivers on the roads by maintaining the grass under guardrails and reduce traffic accidents.
Another area of application is to give the plants in orchards the best growing conditions by trimming the grass around them.
We have a great solution for all these scenarios with our Barrier Mower RI series. The machine has circular-shaped cutting head that easily turns around obstacles, such as posts and trees, and ensures an even mowing result.
The Barrier Mower RI series can be mounted on most loaders, tractors and excavators regardless of size. It is much faster to use the fence mower attachment on a vehicle than using a brush cutter by hand.
Sustainable mowing
We have a solution for mowing grass in an environmentally friendly way.
Our Grass Cutterbar S series is a durable machine that reduces the damage to insects and plant flora. It does not pulverize the material like the Flail Mower FR series but instead cuts the grass from the bottom which can then be left on the ground as a nutrient for plants and insects.
The Grass Cutterbar S series can be mounted on tractors and loaders by using a boom mower arm. It can also be fitted directly to the arm of excavators.
Tree trimming equipment for tractors, loaders and excavators
GreenTec has developed a comprehensive range of hydraulic tree trimmers which can fitted on tractors, loaders and excavators. The equipment has a wide range of application. It can be used to trim trees in forests, maintain hedgerows on fields, control growth in orchards, keep roads and paths clear of obstacles, etc.
Limb saw attachments
We offer a series of hydraulic powered limb saws. The tree trimmers are equipped with 4 circular blades that have carbide tipped teeth. A strong branch guider is fitted to each blade which ensures that all branches are pruned with a smooth cut.
The Quadsaw LRS series is available in different working widths and cutting capacity. The smallest model is the Quadsaw LRS 1402 which has a working width of 1.4 m (4’7”) and cuts branches up to 10 cm (3.94”) in thickness. This model is designed for smaller vehicles, such as skid steers, mini excavators and compact tractors.
The largest model in the series is the Quadsaw LRS 2402 which has an astonishing working of 2.4 m (7’10”) and cuts branches up to 21 cm (8.27”) in thickness. This is truly a beast of a machine. It can be mounted on large vehicles, such as telehandlers, front end loaders, tractors and excavators.
